The promise, in plain terms
It is simple, and we keep it simple on purpose. Buy ten packs across our customers, and we set one aside to give away. No fine print, no rounding it down to nothing, no quiet years. The more people who choose Carry On, the more pull-on protection reaches people who would otherwise go without.
We call it a choice rather than a charity because that is what it is. Every order you place is a small decision that someone, somewhere, gets to keep their dignity through a hard day. You do not have to do anything extra. It is already counted in.
Where the packs go
Good absorbent underwear is expensive, and the people who need it most are often the least able to afford it. We direct donated packs to communities without easy access to premium protection, and into humanitarian situations where hygiene is one of the first things to be overlooked when everything else is going wrong.
- Communities and care settings where cost puts good protection out of reach
- Humanitarian and disaster contexts where basic hygiene gets overlooked
- People recovering from surgery or illness who need support and a little less worry
The goal: 50,000 packs by 2026
Fifty thousand packs is a number big enough to matter and honest enough to hold ourselves to. It is the target we are working toward by the end of 2026, the same year we are bringing Carry On to people across Australia, the United States and the United Kingdom.
We would rather tell you a real figure we are chasing than a vague promise to do good. As the donations add up, we will share how we are tracking against it.
Why this matters to us
Carry On was built by our founder, Ed, after his own prostate surgery. He wore every prototype himself, more than 400 hours of real testing, before letting anyone else try a pair. That experience taught him how much the right protection changes an ordinary day, and how unfair it is that so many people never get to feel that.
So giving was never an add-on for us. It is part of the reason the company exists. When you carry on with confidence, you help someone else do the same.
How you take part
By choosing Carry On, you are already in. Every pack counts toward the promise, including your first one. If you have not tried it yet, you can request a free three-pair trial sample and just pay shipping at checkout. It arrives in a plain, unmarked box, posted within five business days, with no fuss and nothing on the outside to explain.
