Terms of Service

These are the terms for using our site and ordering from us. We have tried to keep them plain and honest. They are not meant to catch you out, and if anything here is unclear, we would rather you just asked us.

These terms apply to carryonwear.com.au, carryonwear.com and carryonwear.co.uk, and to anything you order through them. By using the site or placing an order, you are agreeing to what is set out below. If you do not agree with something here, please get in touch before you order rather than after.

Who you are dealing with

Carry On is made by GardeWear Pty Ltd, a company based on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland, Australia. When these terms say "we", "us" or "Carry On", that is who they mean. You can reach a real person at hello@carryonwear.com, and we read what comes in.

What we make and sell

We make pull-on absorbent underwear, designed by our founder Ed after his own prostate surgery and worn through more than 400 hours of testing before anyone else tried it. We are launching in 2026, beginning in Australia, with plans to follow in the United States and the United Kingdom.

Product descriptions, sizing notes and images are there to help you choose well. We do our best to keep them accurate, but small variations in colour, fabric or finish can happen, and a description is a guide rather than a promise of an exact result. If a product is not what you expected, tell us.

The free trial pair

Our trial pack is a free 3-pair sample so you can feel the underwear for yourself before committing to more. The pack itself costs nothing. You pay only shipping, which is calculated and paid at checkout. We will post your trial pack within 5 business days, in a plain unmarked box, with nothing on the outside that says what is inside.

Trial packs are offered for genuine personal trial. We may limit quantities per household and may decline or cancel orders that look like resale, bulk buying or abuse of the offer. If we ever change or end the trial, that will not affect a trial pack you have already ordered.

Orders, checkout and payment

Orders and checkout are handled securely through Shopify, which processes your payment and order details. Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted once we confirm it and, for shipped items, once it is on its way. If we cannot fulfil an order, for example because something is out of stock or a price was shown in error, we may decline it and will not charge you, or will refund you if a charge has already been taken.

Giving back

For every 10 packs sold, we donate one pack to someone who needs it, working towards a goal of 50,000 donated packs by 2026. This is something we choose to do as part of how we run Carry On. It is a commitment to our community rather than a term of your individual purchase.

Our brand and content

The Carry On name, our logo, our product designs, photography, words and the look of this site belong to GardeWear Pty Ltd or to people who have licensed them to us. You are welcome to browse, share links and order. Please do not copy, resell or reuse our content or designs for your own commercial purposes without our written permission.

Where we stand on liability

We put real care into our products and this site, but we cannot promise that everything will always be perfect or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or unexpected losses that fall outside the normal value of what you bought from us.

Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under consumer law, including the consumer guarantees that apply in Australia. Those rights stand whatever else is written here. If something we sold you is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy, and we would want to put it right.

Governing law

GardeWear Pty Ltd is an Australian company, and these terms are intended to be read under the laws of Queensland, Australia, alongside any rights you hold under the consumer law of your own country. We would always try to sort out a concern with you directly before anything formal.

Questions

If anything here is unclear, or you want specifics about your order, your market or these terms, email us at hello@carryonwear.com. We would rather have the conversation than leave you guessing. These terms may be updated from time to time, and the version in force is the one published here when you order.

Questions about anything on this page? Email hello@carryonwear.com and a real person will help.
