Your first pack is covered by our 30-day promise. Try it properly, and if it is not right for you, return that first pack in any condition within 30 days for a full refund. We would rather you find out it is not for you and get your money back than keep something you will not wear. Email hello@carryonwear.com and we will walk you through it.
After the first pack: the honest bit about hygiene
Beyond that first-pack guarantee, Carry On is intimate, absorbent underwear worn against the skin. Like other personal-hygiene products, once a later pack has been opened we cannot accept it back, resell it, or pass it to anyone else. We would rather tell you that up front than surprise you later. If a pack is still sealed and unused, get in touch and we will talk through your options.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or it is simply not what you ordered, that is on us and we will put it right. Depending on what suits you, we will send a replacement or arrange a refund. You should never be left paying for a mistake that was not yours.
Just email hello@carryonwear.com within a reasonable time of receiving your order. A quick note about what went wrong, and a photo if it is something you can see, helps us fix it faster.
Getting your size right the first time
The best way to avoid a return is to land on the right size and absorbency from the start. Our free trial pack sends three pairs across the tiers in your size, posted in a plain unmarked box within five business days. The pack itself is free; you just pay shipping at checkout, so you can feel the fit in private before committing to more.

Your consumer rights
Nothing on this page takes away the rights you have under the law that applies where you live, including the Australian Consumer Law for our Australian customers. If a product is faulty or not as described, your legal rights stand regardless of anything written here. We are launching in Australia first, with the United States and United Kingdom to follow, and we will honour the consumer protections of each market we sell into.
